What Causes Backache Along With Painful Urination?

This morning I woke up with a starnge back pain, later when I went to urinate it was painful then while urinating I noticed small bits maybe a tenth the size of a grain of rice , Dark brown it seemed in colour. Could have been blood solidified. Twice I needed to urinate and this was present. I went to walk in clinic and no bits when I gave the sample. The sample came back with a slight presence of blood but no infection ?? nothing like a urinary tract infection or bladder

Took another test later for more information Doctor was asking for the results. I will know in a few days what it reveals?

Any advice ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, thank you for using Healthcaremagic. I read your query and understand your concern. The main causes of blood in urine are urinary stone or tumors since the infection is excluded. You have to do a cystoscopy to see the bladder or an ultrasound to see if you have stones in urinary tract. The treatment depends on the cause of the symptoms. Best regards.
