What Causes Backache, Abdominal Pain And Constipation While On Zonisamide?
I am taking Zonisamide and I continue to have what I was thinking was a yeast infection or a UTI. I have back pain, abdominal pain, trouble with bowel movements. Can it be the medicine? Should I stop taking it for a week or so and see if I get some relief?

It is not related to zonisamide.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound scan.
