What Causes Back Pain With Diarrhea?

Hi, today I woke up with lower back pain on my right side...its so bad I can barely walk. Also woke up with diarrea...I've had it all day too. I'm not sure whats causing my back pain and stomach problem?. I have not done anything yesterday like lifting or anything strenuous. What could be causing these things?

Dear friend ,for diarrhoea I must say some infective germ has entered into your stomach through water or any other food.but back pain can be caused by strenous job or even sitting in workplace for a long time, because in both case our pelvic bones and attached muscles become tired.but certatinly these diarrhoea and back pain are not related symptoms of a single disease.
