What Causes Back Pain While Walking And Standing?

after urination calcium oxalate ,a white colour liquid is released.And also I am having severe back pain while walking and standing.Please advise.Today i visited a urologist he suggested me to take a pain killer voeran sr 100 and omez tablets for 15 days.

The pain in the back is usually seen due to a bad posture or muscle spasm. Do regular back strengthening exercises to help it.
