What Causes Back Pain While Popping The Back And Neck?

when I m sitting and pop my back and neck. if I do it too often I can feel my back hurting. the reason I pop my back is more for the morning when I wake up because I will lay in bed and take a big deep breathe and can feel the pops in my back almost upsetting my lungs or not letting me expand my lungs completely for a comfortable breathe. so I lay down and pull my leg to either side and pop my entire back. it feels relieving but also irritating if I do it to often

Hello,

It is commonly related to back muscles contractions. You should get some stretching of your back for sometime and not become overweight. You should feel better, no worries.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jolanda Nikolla, Pulmonologist
