What Causes Back Pain, Spasms, Scoliosis And Tightness In Breath?

hi im twenty three i have two kids a four year old and a two year they are fifteen months aprt. i also have terrible back pains, spasms in the back all over, a small case of scolioses, hard to breath tightness around rib cage, i get easily irritated, fast heart rate when cant breath because of tight muscles, i have terrible back pains. i want to sleep most of the day because i feel as though my body is saying i need to make up for the not breathing time or short of breath time for healing i guess, well i hope. but where is all of this coming from and y?????

The symptoms that you are having could be due to calcium or vitamin D 3 deficiency postural problems or due to hormonal problems. A few blood tests will help in detecting the cause.
