What Causes Back Pain, Chest Pain, Nausea And Low Grade Fever?
i am having excrutiating pain in my middle back and top of my stomach and my right side it comes and goes sometimes lasting for a day then goes away and sometimes it lasts for a week or so I feel like I have a low grade fever and in the mornings I am always nauseated my voice gets hoarse sometimes and when this happens the pressure feels like it generated upwards through my throat and I have chest pain and the pain generates to my shoulder blades and ribs, I have some dr appts coming up do you have any idea what this could be.

I really appreciate your concern, the over all given symptoms could be due to acid peptic disease it is even called hyperacidity it is very common symptoms, I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time, it is advisable to stay away from stress hope this information helps.
