What Causes Back Pain, Bloating, Heartburn And Painful Menstrual Cramps?

I have been having back pain, bloating, heartburn, usually very heavy menstrual bleeding and painful cramps. I just started and it s light, second day still light unusual. Painful cramps still there. I take med for migraines and ibs. Having a lot of muscle, back and headaches. What in the world is going on with me?

hi there

if these symptoms are ongoing, you need to rule out endometriosis.

if you are young and your period is regular and only slightly heavy, you should consider starting an oral contraceptive if there are no contraindications.

if the pain is unbearable and the bleeding is very heavy, visit your Gynae to investigate for endometriosis.
