What Causes Back Pain And Pressure In Bladder After Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy on Friday. 2 polopys were removed. On Saturday I started having lower back ache that has continued. Also I feel like I m having pressure on my bladder feeling like I need to go to the bathroom quite often. Also just a general pressure against my pelvic floor. I have had normal bowel movements and have passed gas. What could be causing the pressure feeling and back ache?
