my wife has servere back paine that radiants to her right hip and right buttocks and has numbness in bouth feet . medicaid has denied a urgent reqest for and mri the second time need help getting the care my wife needs. please help very concered dontunderstand why

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.After going through your query I think Your wife is suffering from acute backache with radiation to lower limb.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics . Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective. Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics .To futher investigate MRI of the region is advised. I think your query query answered.Welcome to any follow up query

Well come to HCM
The possibility of lumbosacral spine degenerative disease is very likely and for this the MRI is the best option and this could rule out the doubt till then the pain can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this helps.
