What Causes Back Pain And Delayed Periods With Spotting?

Hi i am suppose to have my period due on 2nd of july but it got late,3 days after thats on 5th of july..but instead of normal bleeding i had spotted brownish discharge,quite light for only 3 days..i am on marvelon for one year exactly..i take my pills regurlarly on time and my husband did not use condom when we had sex..i am also having back pain and feel pain at the suprapubic area,and at the same time whitish discharge after the period and some greenish diacharge..am i pregnant?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.In the current scenario, it appears that you have an infection and this has probably delayed the period. I would ask you to get a proper clinical evaluation, get a vaginal/cervical swab and urinalysis to plan further management. Antispasmodic medication can be used to get relief from the pain. Avoid further intercourse until you are healed well. Hope this helps.
