What Causes Back Pain And Acid Reflux?

Some of the symtoms I have: a lot of gas, sometimes causing pain in my back. Things that I eat that would be good for me like beans, peanut butter, peanuts cauliflower, etc. produce a lot of intestinal gas. Also, though not diarhea, bowel movements are often very loose.
