What Causes Back Pain And A Lump In Groin Area?

I have a hard, under the skin lump right on my pantie line about the size of a quarter. It s very sensitive to touch! It s slowly grown the past couple of days and only gotten more painful. I now have really bad lower back pain and pain in my legs. What could this possibly be? Help.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Lump in the groin area that is painful can be neuroma, hernia or any other soft tissue lesion, which is compressing the adjacent nerves and vessels and is causing the symptoms.
I will suggest you to consult a surgeon for proper examination, investigations including biopsy if required, and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
