from ur complains its looks like just neck stiffness from muscular origin,u should take pain killer for 3 days n antinflamatory gel for local.

Your neck pain may be due to your continuous sitting in a wrong way. you have neck sprain.You can take simple pain killer it will subside.sitting in a right posture.change the position of neck in between while working.
if pain persist than go for X-ray cervical region and consult orthopadician.

You probably have early changes of strain to the neck joints called Cervical spondylosis. This occurs for universally every person towards middle age due to degenerative changes in the intervertebral discs. You need to show to the Orthopaedician who will request an X-ray/MRI. You may take T.Paracetamol 500mg twice a day after a meal to help you with relieving the symptoms. Proper posture is also necessary while working. Excessive bending forwards can aggravate the symptoms.
