What Causes Back/bladder Pain And Constant Urge To Urinate?
hi im 19 years old and i have to urinate constantly. Sometimes i have to push really hard to get the urine to come out then other times it just flows ok. Whenever i do start to urinate its never a huge amount. I also have a constant feeling that my bladder is full. I experience pain in my back and bladder. I do not have a urine infection as i have been tested for this numerous times with all results coming back negative. What could it be?

You have to investigate further with ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis for further work up.
If you are male by gender than transrectal prostate palpation examination also needed.
