Hi
nitoglycerine and asprin are not antiarrythmic drugs hence if your arrythmia settles down on using them ,it indicates that the faulty rythms are because of compromised blood supply to the heart, as blood supply is compromised hence using nitroglycerine restores the blood supply and arrytmia settles down.

coronary artery disease (blockage) appears to be a cause of arrythmia in your case
advise
2d echo and tread mill test to rule out compromised blood supply to the heart.
