What Causes Arm Throbbing, Hand Weakness And Wrist Pain?
Hello Sir! a week ago, I woke up at 6:30am suddenly (which is not usual). I realized that my left upper arm was having bounding pulse.. which I could feel without touching.. It frightened me... that bouding pulse remains their for 5 hours after I get up. This week I feel like my left hand was weaker than usual and my wrist starts pain also on very less force.......

Your symptoms suggest neural involvement and It could be due to compression of various cause. Disc, space occupying tumor etc . you need urgent investigation consult a neurologist.
