What Causes Arm Squeezing And Chest Pain Intermittently?

For about a week or so I have been having a pain come and go in my upper right arm. It feels like someone squeezing, letting go,squeezing, letting go,etc. I have chf and high bp.In 2009 I was diagnosed with a left heart valve 40-50% blocked. If it was my left arm I would think heart.I have a lot of chest pain off and on all the time. What could this be?

from your history it seems that you have mitral stenosis, and the pain you are describing appears ischaemia involving right upper limb skeletal muscles.this could possibly result from embolisations from clot behind your left heart valve.so please get echo cardiograam done to confirm it.if that is normal you should go for x ray of thoracic outlet to rule our thoracic outlet synrome, and also get peripheral arterial doppler of right upper limb done if all other reports are normal.
