What Causes Arm Pain While On Sumatriptan?

I have a migraine which I have everyday and high blood pressure. When I have a migraine my B.P. goes up. I have been having pains in my bones ribs ,bach and down the middle of my chest. I have aching in my arms and I am trying to see if it could be the medicine. I takesumatriptan 50 mg. and Losartan 100 mg. My arms feel like I have been working out.

The body pain and arm pain are not associated with Sumatriptan and could be due to something else. Severe attacks of migraine may cause generalized body pain and in your case also the pain may be related to migraine not to drugs. You can analgesics like Tramadol for symptomatic relief. If pain persist, consult a physician and get evaluated.
