Hello,

Possible causes are like urinary urinary tract infection or diabetes mellitus or diabetes insepidus or electrolyte imbalance or anemia may present like this. Please check your electrolytes status, check hemoglobin status , check blood sugar levels . Do regular yoga and meditation. Use tablet levocarnitine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
