What Causes Appetite Loss And Headache After Receiving A Botox Injection?

hi, I received a botox injection on Monday in my vocal chords for spasmodic dysphonia. I have had loss of appetite, headache and nausea since then. I also had acupuncture Monday after the injection. yesterday I developed a hive like rash on my neck. should I be seeking medical attention at the ER for these symptoms or are they normal? I have been getting injections for 15 years and have never had this type of reaction. Read today that acupuncture can cause the botox to migrate to other areas of the body and cause complications..

The given symptoms of loss of appetite, and nausea, may not be due to Botox injection but it seems to be dyspepsia, some time it can be associated with infection and it can be bacteria or viral cause the infection, it is not the normal condition but may demands the medical attention if symptoms increased or persist for days, acupressure may not cause any shift of the disease else where.
