What Causes Appetite Loss Along With Dizziness And Excessive Sweating?

Periodically I wake up not feeling well, no appetite, and when I walk any distance, I get sweaty and light headed. If I sit down and give myself time, I will get past the sweaty, clammy, weak feeling and can function normally. This is not an everyday occurrence but comes over me from time to time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The dizziness, sweat, clammy, weakness can be attributed to low blood glucose due to your decreased appetite.
But The decreased appetite can be due to multiple causes, ranging from simple gastritis to some chronic infection in your body.
the exact cause for your loss of appetite can be diagnosed by visiting a doctor. A complete history, examination and some tests like blood and ultrasound examinations can lead to a probable cause and treatment can be started.
Hope this helps you, Thank you.
