What Causes Anxiety, Nausea And Palpitations With Depression?

Hi doc, I am suffering from big time anxiety. Most of the time I feel suicidal tendencies. After smoking I feel tired, puking nausea. Feel palpitations. Other times when I m all good. I feel down all of sudden, hand goes trembling, body feels so weak to death. I don t feel like eating. Like to kill myself every time. Is this a mental disorder or any sort of disease? By the way I smoke 3 packs of very cheap smoke we can say that we get in town.

That being said, the suicidal thoughts you are having need immediate medical attention. I recommend that you go the emergency room/ doctor as soon as possible to seek help.
Your doctor can do complete evaluation and decide upon further management as needed

Smoking has several adverse health effects and your doctor can guide through quitting smoking and different options available to help you through the process.
