What Causes Anxiety, Lightheadedness And Swelling In Armpit?
I have been light headed for the last 4 months on and off.
For the last 5 days I have been constantly light headed, with a strange feeling of Deja vu. I also have a swelling in my armpit that has been there for 2 weeks (not tender). Emergency doctor said lump was a lymph node and if it didn't go down in 2 weeks to go back for a biopsy. Apart from these symptoms I feel fine, no anxiety/stress but it is affecting my work as it is hard to concentrate.
I have been recommended a tilt test, but my blood pressure has been tested numerous times (standing/sitting/lying) along with ECGs with no problems.
Bloods all came back ok with no Mono problems.
Should I try to see a neurologist for these problems? My mum has recently been diagnosed with Epilepsy and I am worried that I could have it too.
Any help would be appreciated.

Well come to HCM
First of all the pain in your arm pit could be due to poor posture and this would be fine try to maintain good posture, now for other condition of light head, strange feeling this could be due to some anxiety and depression, in my opinion this can be managed with exercise, self counselling, yoga, keep your moral high, this would be fine soon, have a nice day, ( Your history is nothing to do with epilepsy that your mother has stop thinking about this )
