What Causes Anxiety, Fear And Restlessness After Discontinuation Of Marijuana Smoking?
i wanna confess iv been smoking marijuana since three years giving it breaks from time to time, thinking of quitting for good everytime i gave it a break. But the issue i face everytime is anxiety and fear and restlessness when im off the substance for quite a few days. I feel worthless, regretful and underconfident. Have a lot of mood swings. I feel much relaxed when i go for running when i quit, but this thing weakens me, i want to permanently quit my dependency on this. Please advise me some medication or remedy to fight these withdrawl issues. Will be very grateful for some helpful advice.
