What causes anxiety, back and chest pain?

I had anxiety last month. I stopped panicking. I was having chest pains. And they went. Now my back and chest hurt. I feel like pooping but it comes out very little. My left arm gets tight and earlier today my chest started to really hurt when i turned to grab something while sitting. Am i okay?
