I feel I may be hypoglycemic after I drink alcohol. Every single time I drink, even if it is just a few, I feel very anxious and nervous the next day. I also am extremely hungry. I am pretty strong willed when it comes to dieting and exercising, however I can t control my cravings the following day. I end up binge eating:( Is this do to low blood sugar? Or could it be the alcohol leaving my system? I unfortunately have gained quite a bit of weight and I believe it is due to overeating after I drink:( Are there any medications to help with this?
