What Causes Ankle Pain, Visible Vein On Calf And Cough?

Hi I started with pain in my right ankle which worsened as the day progressed. Just before getting in bed I ve noticed a rather large raised area ont calf, and pain from ankle to knee. The veins are raised and really blue in colour on that calf. I have had a cough today too

I really appreciate your concern, arthritic changes could be likely cause and it can be well treated with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, condition need to be ruled out for the gout as long as the differential diagnosis is concern, try to keep the leg in elevated position, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
