What Causes Ankle Pain After Running For Two Miles?
I have a 16 year old Son who is playing tennis and having to start running to get in shape. Today in his PE class he had to run 2 miles . He then came home after tennis practice and complained of his ankles hurting. Both of them. He said the pain was inside the ankles. He has complained about the pain before. Your thoughts?wa

It could be a simple ligament sprain.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
