What causes anger and headache?

Doctor im 20years old ive noticed lately that everytime i call someone or scream i feel my head gona explode and feel that all the blood pumped into my head i do get angry so easily on the selliest things and i have this headache all the time i only feel a bit better when i sleep but when i wake up it all returns

It seems that you have a migraine. I understand that you have distressing symptoms. Let me explain what a migraine is so that you feel better. A migraine is a recurrent headache that is occurring due to a trigger factor.

In your case, I feel that you have a trigger factor which is sleeping. Here are a few things that you can do to help:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
