General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your description, it appears that you could have developed hemorrhoids, which might have been precipitated by frequent constipation.

Kindly take Isapgol husk powder dissolved in water to prevent constipation.

Kindly consult Surgeon for the clinical examination to know what could be the lesion causing such symptoms, so that appropriate management can be planned and instituted.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
