What Causes Anal Discomfort And Stringy Bowel Movement?
Recently(less than a month), I have tight anus, but no pain, just discomfort. Feces are stringy. The discomfort comes and goes. Six months ago I stopped eating breads and decreased sugar intake, and slowly lost 25 lbs. (6ft, male, 190lbs to 165 lbs now, medium frame.)
