What Causes Anal Discharge Along With Itching?

please advise, i leak from my anus and have to wipe myself several times a day. also suffer from itching, have tried cutting out certain foods and drinks, been to gp who sent me to have a camera inserted in my anus and found nothing. I dont have piles and have taken a course of threadworm tablets but still have symptoms. Nobody however has asked me for a stool sample. Have had this for at least 2 years now, could it be stress related?

dear most common causes for rectal discharge anal fissure,fecal impaction,food intolerance
gastroenteritis (bacterial and viral),medication side effects from medications such as orlistat (Alli, Xenical) etc.. few other rare causes for rectal discharge is Inflammatory bowel disease (includes Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis),neurological damage,perirectal or perianal abscess,sexually transmitted diseases etc. please consult neurologist/gastroenterologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
