What Causes Anal Bleeding And Abdominal Distension?
hello doctor... am janani ... my dad gets bleeding from anus .. he loses nearly 50 to 500 drops... his stomach has bulged a bit.. he s suffering from acidity tooo... he has undergone colonoscopy treatment somewhere in 1999 which proved tat his stomach is clean added he has some 3 rd degree piles which donot warrant an operation... since 10 -12 yrs he s suffering.. He was also advised by doctors tat this blood loss may be due to stress n other thing since he dint have sist n other things in stomach.. now he undergoing wit some ayurvedic treatment wre they have detected tat ter is a lack of fibre content in intestine cos of tat he suffers this... can u plz give ur opinion on tis count... couldn see my dad suffering lik tis.... :(

The symptoms of your father seem to be related to haemorrhoids. 3rd degree of haemorrhoids is usually treated through surgery. I would recommend consulting a surgeon.
Meanwhile, he could use an anti haemorrhoids cream such as Preparation H. He can also soak in warm water for relief.
