What Causes Anal Area Itching With Redness, Irritation And Unusual Bowel Movements?
hi have been having alot of itching in my anal area and it is red and iritated, i think it is psoriasis because i have it on other parts of my body, but when i have a bowel movement i see little tiny black particles like pepper or smaller in my stool should i worry

The issue is probably anal fissure with blood in stool.
Primary confirmation with consultant surgeon is necessary. Sitz bath in lukewarm water, bulk forming agents for soft stools, analgesic medications will recover early.
