Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have symptoms of an ulcer on uvula which is due to uveitis. This uveitis could be due to bacterial or viral infection or due to dryness of the throat while doing the dental procedure.

I would suggest you avoid hot, sharp spicy food. Take a diet rich in soft food. Take a combination of Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen and gargle with warm saline rinses.

If symptoms still persist visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Take a proper course of antibiotics. Take plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Maintain oral hygiene. Apply Dologel on these ulcers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
