What Causes An Occasional Chest Pain, Nausea And Fatigue?

I had an ekg and blood work that all came back fine but I still feel horrible I get occasional pains in the chest my head is really numb feeling and weird I still have nausea and my whole body feels weak and I m very fatigued but every time I doze off suddenly I m awake and this has been going on a while and I can t fall asleep. Also have high blood pressure and sleep apnea I have not been using my machine due to the fact of not being able to sleep. I m a 32 year old man admitting on the Web I am scared and don t know what else to do. Could the fact of not being able to sleep for a while be causing the nausea and head issues and feeling weak

first you must restart your C-PAP machine for your sleep apnoea.your symptoms of fatigue, dosing and high blood pressure are related to that.once you use it regularly all these symptoms will come under control.as far as your chest pain is concerned it may be non cardiac in origin but you should undergo TMT to rule out angina.
