What Causes An Enlarged Spleen?

What does it mean if I have an enlarged spleen, a white blood cell count of 12.6, a neutrophils count of 11.5, a lymphocyte count of 0.60, a monocytes count of 0.50, an eosinophils count of 0.0, and a basophils count of 0.0? Ive been have a lot of stomach cramps and pinching lately. I dont know if I should be concerned and go to my doctors or just let it go and see if more problems persist. But its been on my mind. I was sick and went to the er. Thats when they did my blood work and the ct that said I have an enlarged spleen and suspected liver disease. Although I dont drink or smoke.

Hi, the spleen can enlarge temporarily if there is anemia, or after typhoid or malaria infection, besides liver problem. Repeat a sonography after a month. If the spleen enlargement persists, it is significant--regards
