What Causes An Enlarged Lymph Node Under The Arm?

Doc found enlarged lymph node under my leftarm on chest wall about 3.5 inches down from my armpit. It is hard and tubular (horizontal) in shape, maybe an inch long. I had extensive breast exams 6 months ago and all was normal. My B12 is at 1198. Thoughts?

Dear friend, greetings from HCM. I understand your worry. Please note that even slight infection any where on the left trunk part could lead to enlarged nodes. It could be some infection. Wait for a week if it persists , or if it is dare and non tender .. Meet your clinician and get evaluated properly with scan .
