What Causes An Anus Lump With Itching, Discoloration And Bleeding?
Hello, I'm very scared. I have a black lump above my anus, right at the top of the crack. It always itched there but I never noticed the dot-ish black lump. Since soon ago, it started slowly (embarrassingly, I could see very faded yellow spots on my underwear) leaking yellow goo. I felt the lump and I can feel a hole in there. Today, it got worse. I had blood come out of it. I really have no idea what it is and I am very worried that it could become bigger.

Based on the facts of your query,the painful black lump in the top of the butt crack,which used to itch,but lately with yellow discharge,with a hole there,and today blood discharge,could be due to a-Acute on Chronic Furuncle in the butt crack/or could be due to Pilonidal infected and burst Cyst.
The only thing to worry is the black lump above your anus,which got infected.In that case I would suggest you to take Second Opinion and Consult Dermatologist /and Surgeon to rule out the melanoma with a infected pilonidal cyst/or furuncle underneath it.
Till the time you get confirmations about the cause of this lump,assume it as infective treatable lump,which your Surgeon would treat it by proper antibiotics/Tab Motrin/and proper surgical drainage with proper dressings over next 10 days or so.
Biopsy of the black skin with HPR report would resolve this ambiguity and worry.
