General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Hormonal imbalance is the most common cause of secondary amenorrhea.

Emotional stress is another possible cause of secondary amenorrhea. Your body may respond to extreme stress by disrupting your normal menstrual cycle.

So I'd suggest consult a nearby gynec who will evaluate and advise further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
