What Causes Amenorrhea Along With Weight Gain?
Hi,
i have been gaining a tremendous amount of weight. i gained over 50 pounds in the last 2-3months. I have been eating less than i used to. I am also more active. I am 58 days late from my period. Negative home test and blood test. I cry a lot all of a sudden from sadness. I feel more anxious now. I feel like i am a little depressed. I dont know what is wrong with me. My blood pressure is good. My cholesterol is good. I am not diabetic. Please help me figure out what is wrong with me. thanks

Hi I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. You may be having thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Hope it helps.
