What Causes Acute Stomach Ache With Vomiting And Headaches?

I ate late the other night and within 3 hours I awoke with savage pain in my upper stomach that wrapped around to my lower back then to my abdomen so it was just one massive pain ball. I started vomiting about 3 hours later and was unable to eat anything without regurgitating it. Im on the second day where the pain has lessened to a dull roar and I have been able to hesitantly and carefully eat some toast and havent vomited but have a huge headache that I might associate to lack of nutrients from a whole day of not eating. My brother thinks its an ulcer and my aunt thinks its food poisoning. I had eated Mini Wheats.
