The discharge from vagina and acute pain (I believe in the abdomen) is indicative of acute infection. The same may give rise to
vaginal itching also. The white discharge is most likely to be purulent. Looks like you have contacted some sexually transmitted infection.
It will be advisable to get the discharge examined and if needed tested for culture and sensitivity. That will identify the organisms and the medicine to which they are susceptible.
Please report to your Gynaecologist, get investigated and treated promptly. Mostly you will be put on a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Most of the STI can be completely cured. It left untreated may lead to complications like
infertility. prolonged illness, affection of the baby during
pregnancy, or some times threaten the life also.
Please get your partner also treated simultaneously to avoid recurrence.
