What Causes Acute Abdominal And Flank Pain After Taking Flosure?

Greetings I am a 27 year old male. One week back i was fasting for the month of ramadan and then i came back from vacations to a city which was very humid and therefore i sweat a lot. Though i drank 3-4 litres of water / day and didnt even fast 2 days after i developed right flank pain severe in intensity at night along with some right lower abdomen pain. There is some difficulty and discomfort while urinating. Keeping in mind a kidney stone i had been taking Tab. Naproxen 250mg twice a day, Tab. No spa forte once a day and Cap. Flosure 0.4mg once a day with Syp. Citralka twice a day and lots of water. Its been two days now but i just get some relief of pain after taking medicine and i am not sure whether i am paranoid or what my pain increases two to three hours after Flosure. Need help here

Hello,

Are you taking the medicines after consulting your doctor? If not then, do not continue the medicines. Consult a doctor regarding your pain. There is need of physical examination done as well as some diagnostic tests like ultrasound abdomen as well as some blood tests. If the pain is related to kidney stones or some other cause, your doctor will suggest appropriate medical management depending on the cause. About closure, it is very less likely associated with pain abdomen. If the pain is increasing continuously then visit ER where it will be managed well with i.v or i.m medicines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
