What Causes Acidity And Indigestion?
I am 45 yer old and about 100 kg of wait and having too much of acidity and indigestion also, I have to take 300 mg of Zintac after every meal. and i am suffering from high blood presser also please advice me good diet chat. I really want to quit Zintac.

I really appreciate your concern, If I would be doctor of this case then I would suggest tab Omeprazole and Domperidone for your hyperacidity and it has to be taken for 3 weeks and try to take this tablet at evening time only once the symptoms are gone then you can stop taking this tablet.
