What Causes Acid Reflux With Back Pain?

Hi! For the past couple days i have been feeling very well. It started by feeling a bit nauseous in my stomach. And then , i felt this pain in my lower back, close to the tailbone. I could feel in my stomach there is some acidic sound and it still makes that sound. I haven't been regular lately . Could it be the answer? I took some alka Seltzer to remove the acid in my stomach and it hasn't gone away. Can please answer my question and give me a remedy? THX

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here, and I could say that it could be the dyspepsia of course it could be associate with hyperacidity, it can be well treated with PPI ( proton pump inhibitor ) and the best drug is Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to change the diet, avoid taking heavy food, spicy food, junk food hope this information helps.
