Hi, Im on my period at the moment but only light and for the last couple of days, i have a coil fitted, and for about the last week i have been having poo cramps and feel like i need to go urgently but i cant, and its usually a pump with a little poo. also i have been having some acid indigestion also. What can it be? Is this normal and could it be to do with stress and being run down
