What Causes Aches And Irritation In My Testies?

i am suffering from irritation in my left testes for last four year, some times it aches, some times feels burning,some it feels wound like feeling in my left testes. i am eating medicine for last 5 years i had gone for vericocele surgerry but no benefit, eaten so many medicine for epididymist. my usg reports are normal but shown infection in semen, please help me

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Go for culture sensitivity of semen and urine both.
USG is normal so nothing can be implemented for.
.
You can try MRI of the scrotum and lower abdomen as USG does not reveal everything .
A good clinical / physical examination by a Surgeon / Urologist can help to get a proper diagnosis and this is a must. Per-rectal examination to palpate the prostate and seminal vesicles is very important.
Another possibility , which I can think about in your case is that the nerves supplying the area of a pain are pinched / entrapped.
