What Causes Abortion While On Miprogen And Folic Acid Tablet?

Hi doctor, am conform my pregnancy last 2 months ago. M go check doctor, they said everything is normal and they give me miprogen 100mg and folic acid tablet. I use it regularly. But my 54 th day my pregnancy is aboration. Its stated bleeding, so doctor advise to me abortion my pergnent. Really i was so real bad. Pls tell me why my pregnancy is aboration. Now m again try to conceive my 2nd baby. Pls tell me give me advise
